Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we will issue the refund to your original form of payment and send you a confirmation email.

Please be aware that payment processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

At Sterlink&Co, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

If your item qualifies under our warranty, we will replace it with the same item (if available), or with an item of equal or lesser value.

• Lost or stolen items are not covered
• Items must be purchased directly from Sterlink&Co’s official website to qualify
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing
• Exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., pools, hot tubs, cleaning agents, or liquid silver polish)
• Stretching or breakage of chains and bracelets

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, but it can be easily cleaned with a gentle polishing cloth. Proper care and storage will help maintain your jewellery’s shine and longevity.
