Sterlink&Co Refund & Return Policy

At Sterlink&Co, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every jewellery purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities in the event you wish to return or request a refund, and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of our website.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, provided the following return conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging
  • The item must be returned with all tags, protective coverings, boxes, pouches and any accompanying materials
  • The item must not be a customized, personalized, final sale or otherwise non returnable product
  • For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and studs are strictly non-returnable.

Sterlink&Co reserves the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met or if the product shows signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at wecare@sterlinkandco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, you will receive written instructions, including a return authorisation and mailing details. All approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs and Liability

Unless the return is due to a defective item or a fulfilment error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Sterlink&Co is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit. In the event of a lost or damaged return, no refund will be issued unless appropriate evidence of shipment and condition is provided.

 

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the decision by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days of our confirmation.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any duties, customs fees or taxes paid on the original purchase are not refundable through Sterlink&Co

Sterlink&Co does not offer refunds for products returned without prior authorization.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at wecare@sterlinkandco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or error

Upon verification, we will provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings and Stud Earrings
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned in unsatisfactory or used condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

 

Right to Refuse or Limit Returns

Sterlink&Co reserves the right to limit or deny returns from customers who engage in excessive or suspicious return activity or who breach the Terms & Conditions of our website. We also reserve the right to inspect and refuse returned items that do not comply with our return policy.

Amendments

We may amend this Refund & Return Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices, legal obligations or business operations. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
