Sterlink&Co Shipping Policy

At Sterlink&Co, we’re dedicated to ensuring your jewellery arrives safely, beautifully packaged and in a timely manner. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, including timelines, tracking and important international information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We always aim to ship your order as promptly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer worldwide shipping from our base in Ontario, Canada.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. While we do not offer multiple shipping options at this time, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 3–5 business days
  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • International (all other countries): 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our shipping partners and may vary by destination.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For all orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local government fees charged upon arrival
  • All sales taxes, where required at the point of purchase or delivery

These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices shown at checkout and may be collected by your local authorities upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress at every stage. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of your order being shipped, please contact us at wecare@sterlinkandco.com.

Delivery Concerns & Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged shipments, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and if eligible, offer a resolution such as a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Accuracy & Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Sterlink&Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

At this time, we do not offer split shipments. All items in your order will be shipped together once the order is fully prepared.
