Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes and local government charges where applicable.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third party payment gateways and do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping from our head office in Ontario, Canada. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
For details, refer to our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Sterlink&Co is not liable for courier delays or issues caused by incorrect address entry.
Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the return.
Final sale items include:
- Earrings and studs (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized jewellery

Warranty
Sterlink&Co provides a one-year limited warranty on select items covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper care, exposure to chemicals, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
If a defect is covered under warranty, we will either replace the item with the same product (if available) or issue a product of lesser value or refund. This warranty applies only to purchases made directly through our website.
Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws.
Promotions and Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts. Each promotion is subject to its own terms and conditions, including validity periods, minimum purchase amounts and redemption limits.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice. Promotional value may be deducted from refund amounts if applicable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or litigated in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive your right to participate in any class action proceeding.
